Step 1 — Discovery & Brand Review
We begin with a consultation to discuss your brand, products, goals, target customer, timeline, and where you currently are in the development process.
Step 2 — Development Strategy
Together, we create a clear roadmap for your collection, identifying priorities, technical requirements, sourcing needs, and the steps required to move your designs toward production.
Step 3 — Design & Technical Development
Your designs are refined through technical sketches, size specifications, construction details, tech packs, and other documents required to communicate clearly with suppliers and manufacturers.
Step 4 — Sourcing & Supplier Support
Once the product requirements are defined, we identify suitable fabrics, trims, and manufacturing options. I can provide guidance on supplier communication, factory selection, minimum order considerations, and evaluating the best options for your product and business goals.
Step 5 — Sampling & Fit Process
As samples are produced, I help review workmanship, the fit of the garment, construction, and overall product quality. Together we identify corrections, communicate feedback to suppliers through industry standards, and work through revisions to achieve the desired result.
Step 6 — Production Support
Before production begins, we ensure all the design documents, specifications, approvals, production timeline, shipping consideration and communication are in place to help reduce costly mistakes and provide a smoother transition into manufacturing and the launch of your collection.

With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, I have worked across the entire product development journey—from initial design concepts through sourcing, fittings, sampling, and production.
My experience spans both startup brands and established fashion businesses, giving me a practical understanding of the unique challenges that brands face at every stage of growth.

Develop your style with professional guidance from concept through the sampling process.
This service is priced per style and is designed for brands that want expert support transforming an idea into a professionally developed product ready for production.
What's Included
Research & Design Development
Every style begins with understanding the product, customer, functionality, and design requirements. Together we refine your concept and develop a clear direction before moving into technical development.
Technical Design Package
Your style will be translated into a professional development package, including:
• Technical flat drawings
• Design Tech Pack
• Construction details
• Bill of materials
• Measurement requirements
• Manufacturing notes
Size Specification Development
A detailed size specification will be created to support accurate sampling and production.
Sample Review & Fit Development
Once samples are received, I will review workmanship, construction, measurements, and fit.
The package includes:
• Review of up to 2 sample rounds
• Fit comments and correction reports
• Supplier communication support
• Guidance through the fit approval process
Additional sample rounds and fit reviews can be arranged if required and are charged separately.
Meetings & Ongoing Support
Throughout the development process, we will have scheduled meetings and follow-up calls to discuss progress, review samples, answer questions, and keep the project moving forward.
Investment & Payment Terms
The service is priced per style.
Payment is divided into two instalments:
• 50% before work begins and the development process starts
• 50% once the first sample has been received and the fit development phase begins
This structure ensures continuous support throughout the entire development journey while spreading the investment across key project milestones.
