I’ve worked in the UK fashion industry and with global clients for over two decades — helping brands go from ideas to production with confidence.
My journey also include being a completely self-taught fashion brand owner and learning through doing is exactly what drives my passion for helping others.
I have learnt about each step needed to start your own brand by helping hundreds of start-ups and small fashion brands to learn about the industry and take their design to production.

Got Questions?
Is the accelerator right for me if I’m still at the idea stage?
Yes. The program helps you turn an idea into a clear design concept, then work through the documents, sourcing decisions and production steps needed to move it forward. You don’t need to have a finished collection to begin.
What if I already have designs or samples?
You can use the accelerator to work on the next steps for your brand. Your mentoring sessions and document reviews give you space to address the decisions you’re facing now, whether that’s refining a tech pack, reviewing a sample or preparing to speak with manufacturers.
What’s included in the six-month program?
You’ll get the ten-module design-to-production training, six personal mentoring sessions of 60 minutes with Annette, review of production documents for up to three styles, and access to practical tools and supplier resources. The program also includes group support as you put what you learn into practice.
Do I get 1:1 feedback?
Yes, private mentoring is included, but you’ll get 6 sessions of 60 minutes, where you can ask your questions relevant to your idea and brand.
Will Annette review my own designs and documents?
Yes. Annette will personally review your tech packs, size specifications and production documents for up to three styles. There will also be an option to add more reviews at a cost. You’ll also have six one-to-one mentoring sessions to discuss your brand and the decisions ahead.
Do I need to have a manufacturer before I join?
No. Learning how to prepare for and communicate with manufacturers is part of the program. You’ll work on the information a factory needs and learn what to consider when choosing a production partner.
How are the AI tools used?
The AI tools help you develop ideas and prepare design information, including technical flat drawings and tech packs. They are practical aids within the program; you’ll still learn how to check the details and make decisions with Annette’s guidance. These are built as Custom GPT's.
Will my collection be in production after six months?
The accelerator gives you a structured path toward production, but every brand starts at a different point and sampling timelines can vary. The aim is for you to make clear progress on your designs, documents and production plan, with support through the steps relevant to your brand.
What happens when I join the waiting list?
You’ll receive information about the next intake when enrolment opens, including the details you need to decide whether the accelerator is right for you. Joining the waiting list does not enrol you in the program.
